The Challenge
In medical and veterinary training, visual precision is everything. Attendees—both in the room and connected remotely—must be able to clearly read complex charts, clinical reports, and high-contrast presentation slides.
The ultimate challenge for the Veterinary Business Conference was to engineer a learning environment that moved beyond a basic, flat “video call.” The goal was an immersive experience capable of maintaining peak engagement over multiple hours, while ensuring a seamless, two-way interaction between the speakers on stage and the digital audience.
The Solution
We transformed the conference room into a fully operational television set. Utilizing advanced hybrid event video production workflows, we managed dynamic Picture-in-Picture (PiP) layouts (Speaker + Slides), ensuring that scientific content remained perfectly sharp and prominently featured for the online viewers.
We integrated a two-way audio return feed alongside real-time chat moderation: in this way, questions from the online audience were routed directly to the speakers on stage, completely erasing physical distances and uniting everyone into a single, interactive classroom.
