The Challenge
BTO is a fast-paced event running on extremely tight schedules.
The primary challenge in multi-room congress management was coordinating an uninterrupted workflow for hundreds of speakers across 7 parallel rooms simultaneously, entirely eliminating the margin for error during stage transitions and presentation handovers.
Furthermore, we needed to dissolve language barriers for an international audience by delivering a flexible, scalable simultaneous interpretation service without the physical constraints and venue footprints of traditional on-site booths.
The Solution
We engineered a flawless technical ecosystem.
The core of the event was our bespoke Slide Center: a centralized hub that routed presentations and video playback files in real time directly to the LED walls and displays of all 7 production setups.
For interpretation, we innovated with a hybrid setup: the interpreters operated fully connected via remote booths, while the live audience in the venue could listen to the translation in 3 languages either through traditional infrared headsets or comfortably from their own smartphones via a custom-designed Web App.
